Obverse III2 38 - Doubled 880 with first 8 slightly doubled at right inside of lower loop, second 8 doubled at left outside of upper loop and 0 slightly doubled at lower left inside. Fine raised dots throughout hair and face plus raised dots around motto letters, right and left stars and date digits due to rusted die.
Reverse C3c - I O mint mark doubled on right and left side of top surface.
