Reverse B/Ah - Five tail feather ends showing; between 2 and 3, 3 and 4, 4 and 5, and under 5 and 6 TF. Design remains in leaves of branch, below branch on left, and around wreath bow. Eagle's right wing separated from leg due to over polishing.
Obverse II 2 - Fourth right star has just part of point broken off.
Reverse B/Ak - Seven tail feather ends showing. The VAM-41 exhibits the strongest set of tailfethers tips sprouting below the standard 7.

Obverse B1e - D of DOLLAR broken at bottom with just two lines remaining. Die chip on eagle's right wing, sixth feather down and also next to body. Die over polished with blank areas in eagle's left wing and tail feathers.
Obverse II/I 8 - Type II LIBERTY with thick letters. Doubled P-U-B on top left, second U on right and S at bottom of fully struck specimens. Partially broken bottom serifs of N & M in UNUM. Doubled left stars and 1, 3, 4 & 5 right stars. Doubled date with doubled 1 & 7 at top right, first 8 on surface of both loops, 7 at lower edge of crossbar and right 8 at bottom outside of lower loop on fully struck specimens.
Reverse B2a - Shallow die gouge across eagle's right leg.
Obverse II/I 14 - Type II LIBERTY. Extra vertical line in top loop and extra horizontal lines in bottom loop of B in PLURIBUS. Doubled 2 and 3 stars on left and 1 and 3 stars on right. 1 in date doubled at top right.
Obverse II/I 19 - Doubled LIBERTY shifted right. Doubled E, P, and R in E PLURIBUS. Doubled 2, 3, and 4 stars on left and doubled 1-5 stars on right (number 2 is tripled and is one of the best examples of a tripled star). Incomplete band in cap. Front eye doubled and front eyelid tripled.
Reverse B2i - Feather with three vertical bars and fine lines on them engraved between eagle's right wing and leg. Open o in God.
Obverse III11 - Lines in all wheat leaves, with more detail in cotton boll tops than type II obverse. Thin vertical bars of LIBERTY letters. Complete ribbon line at bottom of Phrygian cap. Date slightly doubled at top inside of upper and lower loops of 8's and left sides of 1 and 7 shafts. All left and right stars doubled towards coin center. Lower hair doubled.
Reverse C1a - Die chip on D in UNITED. Die marker - Tiny polish line at top left of arrow shaft and olive branch junction. Die Marker - Two diverging polishing lines in space left of eagle's left leg.

Two small vertical tail feathers engraved at very left side of upper tail feathers that engraver mistakenly added to normally blank area to create 9 upper tail feathers. Normal upper tail feathers next to two added ones slightly strengthened on right side as added ridge.
Obverse III2 3 - 9 in date doubled on left side. On some specimens 8 has a spike of metal on left side between loops. Open 9 variety.
Reverse C3e - IV S mint mark doubled at bottom of upper loop opening as thick slanted bar and in middle of lower loop opening as a curved line.
Obverse III2 5 - 8 repunched over 7 in date. Two serifs of 7 are clearly visible above 8 as two short spikes and crossbar of 7 is visible inside the upper loop of the 8. There is a slight bulge on left side of the 0 where original 9 was punched. 1 is tripled at the very bottom. First 8 is doubled slightly at bottom outside of lower loop. Second 8 is doubled slightly at lower left outside of upper loop. 0 is doubled at left inside. Fine die chips show on right inside first 8 lower loop.

Obverse IV 30 - Slightly quadrupled left stars towards rim and lower edge of 1's top crossbar. Very slightly tripled right stars. Slightly doubled profile from forehead down to chin. Scribbling die scratches patch at back of jaw, likely to erase die crack. First case known of scribbling die scratches on 1921 obverse die.
Reverse D2a - Eagle's left wing over polished near body.
Obverse IV 22 - Front of jaw very slightly doubled. All left stars very slightly doubled on surface towards rim. 4-6 right stars very slightly tripled towards rim.
Reverse D1a - Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle's right leg. Die marker – IR variety 6 with many SE diagonal die polishing lines in lower part of eagle’s left wing.
Reverse D2a - Heavy die crack thru tops of AMERICA letters. Two die cracks from right star to top of last A in AMERICA and continuing up to rim above C with die break above last A on later die states. Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle's right leg and between eagle's left wing and body.
